GOLD REEF GIVES TRIGGER A GOOD BOXING DAY WIN

Alan King trained GOLD REEF to win the novice hurdle at Wincanton on Boxing Day by 18 lengths.  Gold Reef was bred by Sue and Fred Welch and runs in their colours.

CHARMAINE WOOD WINS AGAIN AT TOWCESTER

Charmaine Wood, trained by Alan King for the Lets Live Racing Syndicate, won on her second outing over hurdles very well on Saturday 29th November when carrying a winners penalty. The daughter of Double Trigger was bred by East Burrow Farm and is from the family of OUR BEN, Scavenger and Pairtree. 

TRIGGERMAN WINS WELL AT SEDGEFIELD

Triggerman won the bumper at Sedgefield on 11th November very well.  The Len Lugo trained Double Trigger looks an exciting prospect.

LISA HARRISON TRAINS SOLWAY SAM TO WIN AT AYR

Solway Sam won the NS flat race impressively at Ayr on 24th November for Lisa Harrison.  The homebred showed form in his only run last season and ran on well to win.

TOBOUGG TO STAND ALONGSIDE DOUBLE TRIGGER AT EAST BURROW FARM

TOBOUGG the undefeated Champion two-year-old in England when winning the G1 Dewhurst Stakes and Prix de la Salamandre, and leading first season sire in Britian and New Zealand, is moving to East Burrow Farm for the 2009 season at a fee of £2,500.

By the G1 Breeders Cup Mile and Irish 2000 Guineas winner BARATHEA, he is out of the G1 winning mare LACOVIA, winner of the Prix de Diane and Prix Saint-Alary and 2nd top rated filly in Europe.  The family has produced a number of good sires including MISWAKI, who sired 93 Stakes winners and is broodmare sire of Galileo.

The sire of the winners of over 150 races and £1.65 million in prize-money, TOBOUGG has transmitted his good looks and precocity to his offspring, producing a G1 winner, two year old winners, black-type three year olds and promising National Hunt horses.  His talented offspring include The Pooka, winner of the G1 New Zealand 2000 Guineas, Sweet Lilly, Dubai Builder and the Watership Down Stud Sales Race winner in 2008, Penny's Gift.
